Guenther out indefinitely. That's rough. I think you can end the playoff talk for Utah with that news.

I know they won't but I'd love to see what it would take to get Hughes out of Vancouver. Also fire Tocchet so he can get back on the set of TNT and go at if with Biz.

The entire Celebrini may be better than Bedard talk appeared to come up because of Bedard's slump in the early part of his 2nd season in the NHL. Bedard is still only 19 years old. I'll be shocked if you don't see some slump from Celebrini before he turns 19 years old.

it was insanity what was happening with Bedard's line before they fired Luke Richardson. He was changing the lines for Bedard on a near game-by-game basis. Bedard was given no chance to actually develop consistency with anyone. The insanity has stopped now and Bedard is seeing more of a consistent line.

Celebrini has had the consistency of Tyler Toffoli playing with him all year. Toffoli is better than anyone that Bedard has been given a chance to skate with on a consistent basis.

Also, let's look at what is happening with Bedard right now. He is on an 8 game point streak. He has four goals and seven assists over the streak. He continues to make plays that are absolutely incredible. With the stretch that Bedard is having right now he is inching back to being a point per game player. Again, he is 19 years old and won't even be 20 until after the end of the season.

I am not worried about Bedard at all. What I am worried about is dumbass Blackhawk fans who are spouting off about Bedard so much that he is getting asked stupid questions in postgame interviews. The fans are going to run him out of town if they don't just sit back and realize the immense talent we were lucky enough to get.

The season has sucked. Here is to getting Porter Martone in the draft. I would love to see a winger of that size paired with Bedard. You also have Roman Kantserov absolutely killing it in the KHL right now. 20 years old and a point per game player. You could end up pairing him with Bedard, but it would be a really small line.

The future is really bright in Chicago with Bedard. Don't eff it up Chicago.

Also, Jeremy Roenick needs to shut the eff up. I love Roenick. One of my favorite players of all time for Chicago, but his entitled baby act about Bedard has to stop.

He won't be. The talk is absurd.

Blackhawks call up Colton Dach. I think the season is about to shift to playing young talent in the NHL instead of the AHL. I thought bringing in the veterans was a dumb approach anyway. While I liked the Teuvo and Bertuzzi signings, the other ones didn't make sense.

Cut TJ Brodie. I'd say to trade him, but who is going to take him on right now?
I think there is a market for Alec Martinez, so get him traded.
Trade Taylor Hall. There is definitely a market out there for him. There has been talk about Utah being a destination for Taylor Hall.
I still would love to see Seth Jones traded, but that is going to be hard and require retaining some salary. It is probably worth it though.

Yep. Wasn’t planning on staying for the entire game Wednesday night because I had an early flight the next morning. So glad I did. Such a fun game. Great comeback against the Canucks.

The four hours of sleep that followed were worth it.

Martin Pospisil is a piece of shit. The NHL should suspend him and never let him play again. I'm so sick of the NHL not protecting skill players.

Plus complete pussy wouldn't even drop the gloves against Foligno when he challenged him. Seriously, fuck him

Someone needs to beat the shit out of Stevenson then do the same to Dunn.

There was definitely a stretch there where Bedard was clearly off. In the last 5 games, he is again looking great on the ice. He is once again getting zone entries at full speed and putting pressure on the defense. I think he is still deferring to teammates to much when he should be relying on his shot.

Frank Nazar has been fun to watch since the call up.

The team is still really bad though.
