    I didn’t see another thread.

Trevor “Pain Train” Bauer is pitching well in the Mexican League. I wonder if any MLB team will take the PR risk and sign him?

Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

I went to a Twins game with my daughter a couple of weeks ago when I was visiting her. I picked a day without consulting the weather, because, thought I, any Minneapolis venue with home games in April would be covered. We had a choice between a Saturday game with a high of 48, and a Sunday game with a high of 60. We picked the Saturday game, and guess what? Target Field isn't covered. It was 40 when the first pitch was thrown. It was cold. But they won.

Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

I would have picked a day where it was warmer because I'm such a baby when it comes to the cold.

Living in a Utah, it's all on TV for me. I get free MLBtv with T-Mobile. They've been giving it away for free for the last four years or so. And it's much more fun to watch when my team is winning. Finally this year KC is playing well--knock on wood.

I went to the Angels game last night. I was driving by and saw people going in so I checked on tickets. Crappy teams make for cheap tickets. Got great seats 15 rows up from the dugout for about $25.

Lots of home runs, fun game. I've now watched a game in every stadium in California.

                    RIP Pete “Charlie Hustle” Rose.

This is a shock. Was hoping he would get put back in the HOF.

His stats make him as worthy of HOF entry as nearly any other player in MLB history. If only he'd shown some contrition/penitence he'd almost certainly be in now.

Wow. Big loss. I hope he makes the HOF posthumously. His off-field problems shouldn't detract (entirely) from his amazing on-the-field accomplishments.

And neglected your family for an additional 4 hours. Nice job.

It was more than that. I was away on work travel so I neglected them for multiple days.

The only way to watch baseball is in person. It is just so boring otherwise.
