So most of my biking has been on a spinning bike at the gym. Monday I finally got my bike out and hit the road. I still need to put the skins on it to get a better road ride on my mtn. bike.
But after riding on the road Monday and then riding back in the gym today I noticed the following:
6 miles on a spinner bike is 15 minutes of pure hell.
10-11 miles on the road is 30 minutes of a nice ride.
I need to get those skins on quick and get my biked tuned up, because I just can't see riding at the gym. About the ONLY positive thing I can say about it is that the ride was gentler on my hind end.
