That was my obvious next question. That's probably not far off. Personally I'd go with 8,7. He's quite an athlete.

KC's a tough one because his shot is so bad but his instincts are so good. probably go 7,7Originally posted by Bo Diddley View PostOops. You guys need to quit talking in acronyms! We're not used to that in my line of work.

Two seems a little low for the person with the NCAA triple double record. That can't all be on athleticism.Originally posted by jay santos View PostI question anyone that called CK slow.
I like to evaluate players on two attributes. One: athleticism. ie quickness, strength, speed, jumping, lateral movement, foot speed, height for their position. Second: skill. ie for their position or height, their shooting, ball handling, court awareness, basketball IQ.
My ratings for some players discussed here.
CK: 8,2
Toolson: 3,6
Fischer: 4,7
Nixon: 0,5
Seljaas: 5,7
Bartley: 7,4

I like your system, Jay. Under this system I would rate Larry Bird as (1, 10).Originally posted by jay santos View PostI question anyone that called CK slow.
