Who has seen a game in there? I think it was built for the Idaho Stampede who now play in Qwest ARena. I never been there. Now every year every classification in Idaho plays the State Tournament in the Treasure Valley. Think it will stay that way for some time.
Thing about Idaho Center is the walls or a ways behind the basket making it awkward to adjust when teams play there. State championship games are played there as are all 5a games in Idaho. There is a great deal of room behind the press rows. A bit dark in there makes it diffficult to adjust.
I would say not the best place to play a basketball game. I only seen basketball games in there. Never seen a rodeo, concert or convention. May be good for some of those things. Maybe Arena Football if it came to Idaho. Not best bball venue in my opinion though. Nice to sit in there State Tournament time to get a feel of people though.
One bad thing concession prices there are an arm and a leg and no outside food is allowed. To keep there prices an arm and a leg.
