    From what I read, Kohler should be ok because he never declared for the draft (was a sr so didn't have to), and never actually signed any contract with the Jazz. Summer league participants are paid a per diem for food but don't sign anything until they're invited to the next camp to compete for a final roster spot. At least that's what I read somewhere.
