Yeah, that's the kind of thing you worry about when you already have a very talented and well-functioning team. A lesser-talented team with questionable chemistry should always celebrate landing a clearly talented player absent giant red flags. I don't see any flags here that would outweigh the upside Adams brings.

not only that, but when we start making up "ifs" with no basis in fact, we probably need to take a step back - Marcus Adams has given us zero reason to believe he's not a team player or that he will come in and start jacking up bad shots outside the offense. just because he's talented, doesn't mean he's selfish.

if dawson baker comes in and starts murdering people on byu's campus, someone is going to need to sit him down and let him know that murder is against the law and he can't help the team from a prison cell.
