ok, but we have the right to state our belief that their choice was stupid. I don't think any electorate has ever eventually not regretted voting in someone who promised to take away civil liberties.
Sure, that's your right. But you don't get to make their decisions. But criticize them all you want.
So, if I'm understanding this correctly, the Brazilians had a choice between a Trump-like figure (populist movement, capitalistic, fear-mongerer) and a Clinton-like figure (long history of corruption, public sector investor, Communist running mate). You'd have thought the Worker's party would have learned a thing or two from the US election and not nominated a big-time-baggage-carrying communist leaning liberal
True. A terrible choice. Only the Trump-like figure I think is likely even worse than Trump, if that's possible.
