Exactly. This is not a "Hate America" crowd as depicted by Johnson and MAGA. Abbott is just showboating, which he has the right to do and which he has done and numerous occasions.
    Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I swear to you this is true: when I went this summer I had the thought “if Lebowski and Noah started a movement this is what it would look like.”

I think the concept is great. Left and centrist is probably more accurate.

        • OK sincere question time. Does Trump actually believe the shit that he says like this:

Or is it just his typical snake oil salesman shtick?
"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

            • The Charlotte No Kings protest had more US flags waving than I have ever seen outside of a political convention. Have no idea if this weekend's will be the same but it was an incredibly positive and patriotic event.

Having said that, it is always good and prudent to send in armed National Guard troops just to make sure things don't turn out bad. Just ask the folks at Kent State.

If I was in charge, it would start and end with a prayer.

Tell Abbott to be on the lookout for these melee instigators.

Come on, I don't think my take merits eye rolls.

I am being serious. I am not saying left wing rioters can't get out of control or violent but I don't agree that there is some clear patterns of more violence.

Occupy Wall Street wasn't all that violent and it was massive.

It was left-wingers but organized far right types that invaded the Capitol and attempted to over the democratic process.

Your suggestion that the left is "far more likely," to be violent doesn't seem obvious

Having lived through them, I'm not sure I would call the Rodney King riots right versus left.

                              • Hegseth wears a tie with color patterns consistent with the Russian flag to his meeting with Zelenskyy. He is such a tool and an embarrassment
