He also has angry eyebrows."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. Now it becomes very political and divisive where it could have been a means of coming together.

Not sure where this should go, but this is as good as any. This is such a thug tactic by Warren and Bennet. I'm glad Sam Altman is calling them out on it publicly.

Trump's defense nominees are a bit random. Hegseth has been discussed, but the other ones are a lot more interesting.
Secretary of Navy: John Phelan. This one is the strangest. He's a financier with no military service. No idea about this one.
Secretary of Army: Dan Driscoll. This one is also a bit strange. He served in the army for a few years and deployed to Iraq. Afterwards he went to law school, clerked in the Senate and Ninth Circuit then went into banking. Not even 40, he's super young for this position. Also no idea about this one.
Secretary of Air Force: Dr. Troy E. Meink. This guy is awesome and by far the best of the bunch. Former KC-135 navigator and major program manager with time spent at AFRL, MDA and NRO. Major signal that Space Force (still operationally within Air Force) will be getting some prioritization. He's the only one I have strong opinions about and I like it. Definite upgrade over Frank Kendall, imo.

He’ll do plenty that people hate and he’ll tread on some rights, but overall I’m confident the checks and balances will work like they did against Biden, Obama and Bush. I’m also excited for a little freeing of the economy through reduced federal regulations. Trump is inheriting a stable economy so let’s see what he does with it.
Also, thinking he can sign an executive order to rescind birthright citizenship. Lol
