Q4 2009: 84,234, or 54.6 percent
Q1 2010: 81,926, or 53.3 percent
Q2 2010: 79,891, or 52 percent
Q3 2010: 76,515, or 50.2 percent
The reason in the decline is Forclosure. The market hasn't gotten better, the Forclosures have started going through.
As someone that is currently "in the black" on their house, I continue to become more and more worried as the numbers in the "black" start to get smaller and smaller every quarter.
