  • Jasmine Crockett - I’m not with Stupid. I AM STUPID

JL: I am surprised there is not a dedicated thread for this lady. If there is, please merge..

This lady seems to get on every talk show there is and sure is not one to shy away from speaking her mind. Even when she sound completely out there. From a conservative perspective. I hope the Dems let her continue to rise in the ranks. She is a gift that just keeps on giving.

Her recent floor speech is one for the record books. She sure doesn’t back down from a lie or from a mistake. She just pivots. Even states she used words she didn’t in her speech “A someone named Jeffrey Epstein”. Umm you said “Someone named Jeffrey Epstein. Your team googled this!!

Cannot get any better than this..

Yeah, that exchange was unreal. One of the most bizarre double-downs I have ever seen. Here is a more condensed clip:

"There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."
"It's no secret that the great American pastime is no longer baseball. Now it's sanctimony." -- Guy Periwinkle, The Nix.

I like Jasmine Crockett, just for the fact that she brings her own version of non-MAGA crazy to Congress. It is funny to watch MAGA republicans lose their mind about her.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

"The only one of us who is so significant that Jeff owes us something simply because he decided to grace us with his presence is falafel." -- All-American

"I know that you are one of the cool and 'edgy' BYU fans" -- Wally

      GIVE 'EM HELL, BRIGHAM!

This is pretty damn mild compared to the blatantly lies and double-downs on the republican side. She made a mistake, and didn't double-down, but came up with a technicality as an excuse for the mistake.

Compare this to Vance bringing up the Haitian dogs-and-cats thing again, after admitting last year it was a made up story? Creating a lie out of thin air that will intentionally harm a group of people, then admit it is made up, and recycle the lie a year later.

She is a smart lady, and I think she could easily outmatch MTG, Bobert, or even AOC. I do think Jasmine should tone down the rhetoric a bit. She should use more of her skills as a lawyer than hyperbole or gotcha tactics. But that is what politics seems to be today..

Oh come on. "Hey, I never said it was THAT Jeffrey Epstein." has to be the dumbest excuse ever.

You love your hyperbole, don't you Jeff. Dumbest ever? With this administration in place? Did you see Scott Bessent's logic about removing tariffs not being an admission that tariffs raise prices? "Do you know how much your arm weighs?"

Smart? What would’ve been smart was to own it and move on. I mean. It was straight up on video and caught dead to rights on a talk show. Simple way to look smart is to own it, apologize and use the excuse she did about limited time.

This is not the first sample of her lunacy. I do hope the uber left continues to have this opinion of her as the spokesman for the dems. Puhlease!!

Stupidity on the right does not grant blanket immunity to stupidity on the left.
