  • This was very satisfying, watching an efficient beatdown of Ted by two of the board’s prestige members.

I have a feeling she now believes even more fervently in the accuracy of her characterization.

There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. • Sounds totally believable.

Was their marriage ever an obstacle to that?

Lauren Boebert's son called 911 in tears to report his father was 'throwing' him around the house. Then she took the phone

Good grief that is more psychologically damaging than the fathers original abuse. She is not a good person.

                          • Clearly it would be soooo much better for the US to default on its debt and bring on the consequences to the economy.

It's pretty obvious that the game plan for the right is to intentionally tank the economy in exchange for the prospects of a favorable 2024 election cycle.

Fortunately sanity prevailed this time. Also maybe the circus clown caucus who thought they were in charge found out they're maybe not, and so they're pissed. But in September they get the chance to shut down the government again when the current budget expires. It's always the Republicans who do that and always it damages them politically when they do, but they just can't help it.
