It is really quite devestating. One of them is somebody very important to me. 3 weeks ago a CT was done, which was negative. Then I ordered another CT and it showed a pancreatic cancer with metastasis to the liver. Truly depressing. I can't believe that the darn thing grew that fast.
This disease is depressing. My poor patient will be dead in a matter of weeks, and she has no apetite. She is getting massive amounts of morphine, so she is going to get constipated. I just wish she could spend time with her family these last weeks instead of laying in bed frail and cachectic.
I have more remorse for steve jobs.
