i can't stand wings that are soggy, but baking them at home almost always makes them soggy. Solution? Steam them first (about 10 minutes or 15 minutes if frozen). Then pat dry, then put in the fridge to further dry out for about 1 hour. Then cook at 425 for about 40 minutes. Sauce and eat. Fantastic. Nice and crispy.
