    Ribs for dinner last night:

    I tried the Oakland Dust rib rub and liked it. I also got loin backs for the first time in years and really enjoyed them.

                            I cooked ribs last week, and we took some over to my 92-year old mom. Right now I have pork belly in the smoker on its way to becoming bacon.

                                Didn't smoke but did ribs on the grill in addition to turkey today. Used indirect heat and a sweet rub with an orange marmalade glaze on top. Turned out pretty good, but a bit sweet for me. I will likely do some for one of our Christmas dinners as well and look more for a BBQ flavor.
