So, the wife and I headed off to Pago for dinner. It is located on 9th and 9th in Salt Lake City. Funky little restaurant. You know you are in a hip restaurant when the hostess is a mid-20s male wearing a button upped shirt and skinny jeans.
We ordered the Torta Rusica for an appetizer and it was tasty. And for dinner, we ordered the Moroccan Fried Chicken and the Curried Potato Dumplings. The dumplings were tasty...it had a good green curry kick to it all. The fried chicken had some nice moroccan spices and they set up the dish beautifully well with the mashed potatoes underneath the fried chicken. All of the food tasted fresh (they were pulling the fresh mozzarella in the kitchen) and it was all seasoned nicely.
Meal ended up coming to around $60 or so. Thumbs up with what we tried.
