I had this in Louisiana a while back, between meetings when I was very busy, and was quite surpised. I'd forgotten.

Jimmie John's is a lot better than subway. But Jimmy John's is very decadant.

I find it is easier just to ask them before ordering which bread is the freshest and then go with that.
When I worked in downtown H-town, I had three subways to choose from. There was one that was a clear favorite because they did a better job with the bread, loaded up in veggies and knew what I meant by double vinegar. The wait was longer but it was worth it.

Baja Fresh and Macheezmo Mouse both have very good and relatively health food choices.

It's especially good on an October afternoon after a round of golf.

yeah. If I don't have time to make a lunch in the morning. Subway is one of the better options.

There can never be enough threads on fast food... or porn... or gay marriage.

I kind of love fast food, and tend to dig all the usual suspects: Taco Bell, McD's, Wendy's, etc.

Favorites would probably be El Pollo Loco and Chick-Fil-A.
