  • The current version of Barry is great. The last episode was really good.

I want a Noho Hank spin-off, although after the last episode … he’s probably not got as many fans as he used to.

      • We are watching Love and Death. Dramatization of a famous crime case in Texas. Fascinating story. Elizabeth Olsen and Jesse Plemons.

Still a fan. He is a complicated and interesting character. Lots of reasons to do what he did

This is fantastic. Best television I've seen recently.

I couldn't get past the woman finding the Jesse Plemmons character sexy. He's kind of a schlub in this thing. I found the Hulu version of the story with Jessica Biel that came out last year a lot more compelling.

Totally agree. I'm still a fan too.

                • Worried about the last episode of Barry. There's a lot going on and I'm not sure how one episode is going to wrap it all up.

                    • I'm surprised there's not much (any?) discussion of Succession here lately. Final season has been so good. One of the most well written shows I've ever watched, keeping characters unique and with a dialog pattern and flow that becomes as familiar and recognizable as a fingerprint. They're all assholes, but they're incredibly well written assholes.

I'm halfway through the season. I disagree that it's been so good. I think the show peaked in S2 and totally jumped the shark in S3. I suppose you could say I find this season tedious. JMO

I love the dialog, it's among the best out there I think. I also get a glimpse into a world I'll never know. With you being a high powered attorney, you probably get to see that world a bit. I've liked every season, but definitely agree that Season 2 was the standout season.

Nah, that's not my world. I never had the stomach for corporate law.

I agree, most of the dialog is great. Roman, Shiv, Tom, Greg are all great. I can't stomach Kendall. I think that dude sucks as an actor.

Funniest show on TV right now. Love it.

the most realistic part is that episode where they change the terms of a deal and go yell at the lawyers at the back of the plane, who have been up for days furiously typing to reflect the theretofore-current deal, and they all give a soulcrushed nod.
