  • Emma Stone

I like this girl. She is cute, and comes across as friendly and likable, in all her roles. She seems to be the current darling of Hollywood. I think she is a good actress - I thought she was excellent in The Help.

Last night as I was watching Spiderman (It was better than the Avengers... I guess. Otherwise, meh), I was thinking Emma is getting all the roles that should have been Lindsay Lohan's. Lindsay was the prodigy who seemed destined for all the Sandra Bullock/Reese Witherspoon type parts, but somewhere between Mean Girls and her 14th arrest, things seemed to go a little awry. If it hasn't happened yet, I'm sure LL is about 6 months away from starring in a last night Cinemax movie. Hopefully, young Ms. Stone doesn't head down the same road.

I agree with you. Even Emma's smoky voice is similar to LLs. Had Lohan kept it clean, she would have continued her ascent on the bubble gum movie role highway.

As it currently stands, she can't even get through the filming of these b-grade lifetime flicks. Her role as Liz Taylor has been plagued with problems even before filming began.
    Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

I'm not sure her doing late night Cinemax movies would be a bad thing

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

The fact that she's dating that Garfield dweeb is just one of those things about life that I find annoying.

Also, I've seen almost everything she's been in, and favorite scene of hers for me is that first encounter with Ryan Gosling in Crazy, Stupid, Love. She kills it.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

            She had me at "Wichita".

I've been meaning to watch that again. Really an enjoyable flick. Need to buy that one.

I bought Superbad the other day and hadn't seen it in a few years. She looks so young in it.

I looooooooove her. Easy A is a movie we're constantly quoting. And I second that scene of Crazy Stupid Love - it's pretty brilliant.

I was reading an article with her the other day and she says it's the scene she's done that makes her laugh the most when she watches it back. Apparently because much of what they're both saying about themselves is true.

Are you in a fraternity? Wait, are you Steve Jobs? Are you the billionaire owner of Apple computers? Then you have no reason to wear New Balance shoes ever.
