Spending free time in the hotel this weekend, I got caught up on that channel pretty good.

Those dudes fishing for the Great White Sharks had me hooked.

Then the scientist that fishes for Monster Fish? Sweet.

Locked up Abroad...that show is crazy. I dig it.

I am addicted to Locked Up Abroad. I don't know why, but I watch every single episode, which usually goes like this:

"Yes, I knew it was stupid/risky/unethical to attempt to smuggle drugs from Indonesia/Thailand/Mexico, but I was young and foolish, and I couldn't resist the quick score. Now I am older and wiser and I speak fluent Indonesian/Thai/Spanish."

I've decided that the best place to serve jail time for drug smuggling is in South Korea. Their prisons are super clean, and they really care about their American prisoners because they are too dependent upon the US for protection.

Other places not so bad: Barbados, and Europe, most of Asia.

Bad Places: Mexico (if you have money), Belize, Eastern Europe
