My iphone is less than 48 hours old ,so my comment would be the last one you would like to consider, but it was a jam session app on the apple's staffers iphone which made my husband willingly and happily say goodbye to $1500 to get one.It would turn iphone to a pocket size instrument that can actually create music either by touching the screen or swing the device. So cool.Originally posted by Sizzle View PostJust curious, what are the must-have apps you've downloaded or seen on the iPhone?Last edited by MindfulCoug; 08-22-2009, 11:24 AM.

Holy crap an iPhone costs $1500 where you are? You should have gotten someone here to ship you one.Originally posted by MindfulCoug View PostMy iphone is less than 48 hours old ,so my comment would be the last one you would like to consider, but it was a jam session app on the apple's staffers iphone which made my husband willingly and happily say goodbye to 1500$ to get one.It would turn iphone to a pocket size instrument that can actually create music either by touching the screen or swing the device. So cool.Get confident, stupid

Here are some of the ones that I like:
ESPN Scorecenter
The Weather Channel (better than the weather one that comes with it)
Loopt
Scriptures (the $15 version...it's worth it)
GPS MotionX
Fandango
FStream...allows you to stream KSL which I think will be nice on game day at the stadium
WSJ
Radio 105 (Italian radio stations...probably won't interest you)
WSJ
WootWatch
LDS Radio
Flight Control
Paper Toss
Word Warp
iFart (I know, but it's fun to mess around with my nephew and my daughters with this app)
Tiger Woods Golf
Sudoku
Touch4 (Connect Four)
Wow, that's kind of a long list. I use all the ones I mentioned. An iPhone is a fun little toy.

Which one are you talking about? There's one called LDS Scriptures and LDS Scriptures App, both $15. I have been thinking about buying one of them and they both have favorable ratings, but both have under 70 ratings so it's hard to know that the authors didn't just have family and friends stuffing the ballot box.Originally posted by bag View PostHere are some of the ones that I like:

I'm enjoying my iphone, but there are a couple of times I have had buyer's remorse. The fact that I can't pair it with my PC and transfer files between them via Bluetooth is annoying.
