Thanks, I burned the whites unfortunately. Too much contrast on a sunny day for eagles. Give me bright/cloudy conditions over sunny any day.

From what I learned, each turkey vulture has a unique face. Also, nobility in a portrait can often be achieve by shooting from a perspective just lower than eye level.

Pied-billed Grebe, though the reflection isn't as clean as I would like.
