I do think Utah's vibrant craft brewing scene is a sign of ingenuity and entrepreneurship. The distribution into this state sucks ass. The stupidity of storing beer at room temperature, and even worse in a hot warehouse, degrades the quality. So in response some really fantastic breweries have popped up with bottle shops that sell the stuff cold.
Yes, the growth of these places did help save some cities in our fine state.
