http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/20...OTAwNTQyMDg0S0readheard about that article yesterday, and was going to post but didn't want to seem too creepy. Jeff on the other hand has no problem being creepy. I bet he has a marauders map of this place.

He was helped in his act by two wives. I'll go out on a limb and say that the guy isn't going to have the outcome he'd hoped for with the publication of this article and subsequent publication of the book.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostSome guy in Denver bought a hotel and rigged up some vents so he could peek on this guests (with his wife's help). Great find, thanks. I enjoy Tom Wolfe. He's kind of a modern Dickens.Originally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostI've alluded to this article from Michael Lewis on Tom Wolfe before, but I thought it was quite interesting. I think both guys see the really big picture better than just everyone else.

My mom loved bridge. I remember her reading about strategy, in the Sunday paper every week. Thanks for sharing, that was a good read.Originally posted by Surfah View Post

I'm no hipster, but the hipsters are right about beer. Got to give credit where it is due.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostNice that you are comfortable embracing the hipster persona.
I do think Utah's vibrant craft brewing scene is a sign of ingenuity and entrepreneurship. The distribution into this state sucks ass. The stupidity of storing beer at room temperature, and even worse in a hot warehouse, degrades the quality. So in response some really fantastic breweries have popped up with bottle shops that sell the stuff cold.
Yes, the growth of these places did help save some cities in our fine state.
