I think everyone here already knew that.

is this the ultra modern dentist that uses digital X-rays and has flat screen TVs on the wall?

My dentist wears scrub. I call him doctor. If he called with a plumbing problem, I'd be right there, even though I don't know the first thing about plumbing.

An ultra modern dentist would be really weird and a bit scary.

Fwiw I don't recall what the people wore at the dentist office other than the receptionist.

At my dentists office all the dental assistants wear scrubs. I was just in last week for a basic checkup/cleaning and while I was sitting in the chair having my teeth cleaned, the dental hygienist was softly singing Poison's "nothing but a good time" to herself. When I called her on it, she laughed. I like having a good rapport with people.

I doubt it. Those things are made from synthetic materials and don't ventilate well.

Either way I felt like a million bucks and I'm going back in 6 months

Also, their customer service department is top notch.
I agree with all of this. I just ordered aome and like them quite a bit a good value.

It seems I've noticed a lot of people on tv wearing shirts that have button down collars and not buttoning the buttons. Is that fashionable? I'm not a very big fan of button down collars, but it looks kind of silly to me to not button the collar.
