  • Eggs and meat from your own backyard

I bought some chickens last spring. Pallets were babies two. They are just starting to lay eggs, got rid of one rooster thee is another rooster there. Does wake the town up. Sometimes the hatchery gets a few roosters in there. Meat birds were all butchered pretty good. Just starting to get eggs now and alright tasting. Will get some more to probably sale pretty quick. Get a few a day.

I smoked a chicken in my backyard today. His name was Tyson.

may be blasphemy, but we use the traeger original chili/garlic rub on chicken. high 30 mins, 325 until done. we probably do 3-5 a week. perfect leftover and a nice lean meal.

I'll have to give it a go. We use Weber Kickin Chicken.
