We include both spicy brown and yellow. I prefer a stronger mustard, but some, including my wife, choose yellow.

We usually host the Superbowl. The last 3 years I have bought fresh ingredients to make very delicious sandwiches. This year it Includes

        hoagie rolls from Shirley's
        Fresh cooked thick slice bacon
        Avocados
        Mayo, Mustard, Olive oil, vinegar
        Olives
        Sprouts
        Chicken Breast, Cooked and sliced
        Turkey
        Small Honeybaked ham
        Salomi
        Roast Beef
        4-5 types of cheese
        Claussen Dill Pickles
        Onions
        Tomatoes
        Bell Peppers
        Jalapenos
        Green Leaf Lettuce

Some chips and dips and then request the guest to bring a dessert of choice.

I did the Sammies the first year when I was not planning on doing anything but at the last minute had a change of plans. The guests enjoyed them so much, it has been requested the last couple of years, so we continue to do it.
coach, this spread sounds extremely non-disgusting. maybe because it is lunch, but I am craving one of these right now. i love jalapenos on my 'wiches, as well as vinegar and oil.

Funny you list sprouts. I used to hate sprouts as a kid. I grew to love them on sandwiches while I was in college. Now I will always order some sprouts when they are available.

Homemade spanakopita. It's pretty easy to make and it's finger food.

We're going to get our drink on at the neighbor's.

Dude, you are going to mess up their pre-game show viewing. God isn't paying attention to your good deeds on SB Sunday. He will be too busy cheering for the Steelers.

Sprouts are gross. They taste like dirt.

this is what I used to think, as well.

There is a small genre of "dirt" foods that have never appealed to me. Beets are still on that list. cauliflower, as well.

But when I hit college, all of a sudden I started enjoying the flavor of sprouts on my sandwiches. Im still not ready to grab a handful out of the carton and chew on my cud, but the flavor has grown on me.

Probably going to keep it low key at home for the game this year. I'll probably smoke up some pulled pork. What should I do for sides and/or snacks?

I know this is 7 years too late but my whole image of Landpoke is a little soiled knowing that he watches the Super Bowl while eating Spinach Pie.

We had occasion to be in Sanpete County yesterday morning, and on the way back home to SLC, we stopped at BamBams for brisket and a couple of packages of rolls. Easiest Superbowl party eats ever. Plus, we got a half pound of turkey to snack on for the ride home. No one makes smoked turkey like BamBams. I am starting to like it even better than the brisket.

I've got a pork butt cooking right now. It's up to 185. Our daughter wanted to watch the Superbowl for her birthday and I gave her the choice of pork or brisket.
