Well, it's going to happen. And as long as they're in it I hope they try to win as many as they can. Despite tonight, the SMC win last night was important for the development of the team for next year, assuming we don't have yet another year of massive turnover. The arena was 80% Zags fans, maybe more. I can't believe how well they travel for a conference championship they are almost certain to win. I guess that's the difference between BYU and Gonzaga (well, one difference). We could have filled that stadium just with Vegas-based fans, but barely managed 20%.
