    It was probably the homoeroticism

      Huh. I don't see it.

"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

This is for personal experiences with religious nuts, right? Okay. So there are these two people -- one's a lawyer and the other's a heart doctor -- who are seriously obsessed with Mormonism. They are total nuts! They hate the LDS Church, but they can't keep away from it either. It's like they're addicted or have no impulse control or something! Every time my friends and I are having a nice conversation about faith, how the Book of Mormon helps us feel closer to God, or the power of forgiveness, repentance, and grace, it's like BOOM! These two pop in! "HEY!!!" they say (so annoying), and then they immediately start to trot out the oldest most boring arguments you've ever heard in your life. Every time. "EVOLUTION IS REAL AND YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS!!! HA HA HA!," and then they throw spit wads or something, and walk away thinking they are so . . . . smart, I guess?? But everyone just looks at them like the crazies and nuts they are!! They're like everyone's crazy uncle. Total wing nuts, but you just let them show up to dinner anyway because what are you going to do??

I would suggest Miller's Millionaires. Wait, that has probably been done before.

I participate in Toastmasters at work and one our club members is a financial advisor who is pretty funny. He recently gave a speech, "How to make sure your children don't have sex until age 35." He talked about his parents converting to a wacky religion when he was about 5 (uh-oh), but then he said the religion was against Halloween so he couldn't participate. Finally at about age 11, his parents relented and let him wear a costume to school with the caveat that his mom chose the costume. What was it? He had to dress in the "Full Armor of God" with a shield, sword, breastplate, etc.
I have nothing else to say at this time.
