That was a fun half. This second half will be short as I’m sure it’ll be a ton of running. I might get to bed on time

Really though, how much of the atrociousness of Navy is the lack of contact all camp and how much is based on they are terrible?

The former, I suspect, very much. I have no question they did not give us their best shot.

A girl from a neighboring town received an appointment to the naval academy, however admissions, the people past congress didn’t let her in. Had scoliousious. Padre smartest person you know said 14 percent of applicants get in.

Sled dog town small rural town you pass between rc and Kokipolkes town and Harmon Killebrew’s neck of the woods had an alum who went to West Point and a village of Rocks had someone make it. So small town kids have gone far there.

Belichik has to be the most boring “interview” ever — just droning on in that monotone, referencing the Holiday Bowl from the 70s. So lame.

I love that the first time I get to see how good our punter is comes in the fourth quarter.

Yep—-I think our second undefeated season seems possible. But, who cares, I just love our team.

Navy looked surprisingly bad, considering they returned 13 starters from an 11-2 team, and they are always very disciplined. But BYU dominated in every aspect., and I'd like to think it was BYU's dominance, not Navy ineptitude, that accounts for the huge win. Is BYU really that good?

Lines on both sides of the ball looked really good.

Not a fan of Romney's start to the game.

I didn't remember punting, but based on going 6/11 on third down, I figured there must have been a punt. Of the 5 non-conversions:

    1 conversion on 4th
    2 field goals
    1 knee on final possession

I'm really surprised at this result. Everything was pointing to a comfortable win - returning experience, depth, Navy replacing key personnel, Navy (reportedly) not having full contact practices, etc. But still, I have been conditioned to expect the coaches and/or players to muff it.

    Rise and shout!

Does the showing last night make it more or less likely we can line up other match-ups this year?

I'll be shocked if we get any games with an AAC or P5 team, but I doubt last night had an impact one way or the other.
