This thread is for discussing the Chinese Professional Baseball League, currently the only live sports league in the world. If you want to pick a favorite team you have five choices:

1- Chinatrust Brothers 中信兄弟 Taichung City*
2- Fubon Guardians 富邦悍將 New Taipei City
3- Rakuten Monkeys 樂天桃猿 Taoyuan City
4- Uni-President 7-Eleven Lions 統一7-ELEVEN獅 Tainan City
5- Wei Chuan Dragons 味全龍 Hsinchu City

I decided to love the Rakuten Monkeys and if you pick a different team then you suck. You can stream their games here for about $35 for the whole season.

I like the virtual fans, as well as the bows to the virtual fans.

It was very similar to the Sumo grand tournament in March, where they went ahead with the bouts, but had no spectators in the seats. Strange to play in front of nobody.
