One of my pleasant surprises upon moving to the State of Utah was discovering that it was not the casserole wasteland I anticipated. There are several fine tasting regional specialty foods--you just have to know where to look. From cheese curds to fry sauce, I will highlight a unique and sometimes acquired taste treat available only within the boundaries of Deseret. Some you'll love, some you'll hate (I am completely mystified that no one shares my passion for Rootbeer Milk from Gosner's Dairy in Logan) and some you'll scratch your head over.
