    Listening to BYU's fans, you would never guess they just enjoyed back to back 11-2 seasons and are presently 9-1 with an outside shot at a BCS bowl.

        They're having a great season. But they should be having this season. With the exception to TCU they are much better than any other team they have faced.

          In all honesty I love the fact we are 9-1...... However I hate the emotion this team does not show. They showed some at the start of the game as well as the start of this second half. This team the majority of the year has looked like they didn't care about the game of football.

              Thank Goodness for Collie.

              He ripped the team a new one during a halftime speech and in short basically told them to quit playing like a bunch of pussies. I'm glad someone finally said it.

                Not doubt you have a closer to the team source but I did notice that Watson mentioned his speech in her blog post about BYU:

                "Austin basically told us that we're the best team in the conference and we've got to act like it," linebacker David Nixon said. "We were playing timid, we were playing on our heels, and Austin fired us up. He gave us a good speech and said, 'Let's go out there and win. Act like you're the best offense in the conference, act like you're the best defense in the conference.' And it fired us up."
