This has been going on for 9 years under 2 different coaches and many offensive coordinators. There is something more to it.

You have a coach who won't take the three points when he can and then tries to take the points when you shouldn't ... an offensive coordinator that has the opposing defense on their heals with up tempo, after a big run in their territory and huddles the offense ... after a bye week, the team is clearly not prepared.

The only solution may be a coaching changes, starting with Sitake.

It's higher than that. Athletic department doesn't have the resources it needs, it doesn't seem to be a significant priority for the biggies. Also why should Holmoe get a pass?

You think Northern Illinois has more resources than BYU?

I don't think this is about resources. It might be about priority, I suppose. But BYU has the resources to do better against NIU regardless of priorities. (Unless, of course, by "priorities" you mean that BYU is spending their practice time studying the scriptures and praying instead.)
