This season has slowly sucked the life out of my BYU fandom. I remain a BYU fan, but the joie de fan was waning. But this game, even if BYU loses, is like a brand new dilithium crystal, and my engines are running full again (thats a while mass of messy metaphors). It feels good to at least be competitive and lively again.
