Yeah my thoughts exactly. I know the fans and the people currently at the school had no control over what happened. But enough people in power to stop it did know, that the University shouldn't be able to try to turn the page the way they have. They should have to face it in a more direct way they they have. And as you mention, when they keep honoring Paterno and calling for the statue to return, something is very wrong. I don't care how much good Joe did; he failed horrifically when it mattered most. I have a SJW colleague (and good friend) who intermingles posts about Penn State football with his political musings on FB. I've been meaning to ask him how he continues as a die hard fan given the University and fan base's overall reaction to the scandal.Originally posted by USUC View PostComment
