It's sickening to watch the Dems and MSNBC suddenly become Comey fanboys/girls. Good hell people, choose a spot and stick with it.

I'm sure the Repubs are doing similar things, but I gave up on them. They nominated Trump, and he was elected.

Plenty of Democrats have been skeptical of the whole situation. MSNBC commentators really don't represent us well, you know.

The only person who comes out of this looking clean is Comey. The Dems were ready to hang him up until yesterday and his termination changed his status with the GOP from hero to villain. This is all so filthy.

I am hoping that drumpf will call a presser and announce that he was just kidding about firing Comey. Then Frank can go back to hating J Edgar Comey again.

I like Comey. The only thing I have against the man is that he was too soft on Hillary. Of course, he was trying his best to not throw an election at the time. You can't blame him for that.

I don't hate Comey. His pre-election note to Chaffetz was bullshit, but it was a mistake and I don't believe Comey was being malicious. He's a good man, unlike Trump and members of his inner-circle.

The firing came the day after the Senate Intelligence Committee asked for Trump and his team's financial records. He can't do a whole lot about what that committee is doing, but he could fire the only guy leading the Trump-Russia investigation that has direct control over criminal prosecutions.
