I don't know if the additional loyalty will justify two full-time employees doing that all day, but I have to admit it was really cool.
Are you Diamond? I read a while back they were doing this for long-standing diamond members and CJF confirmed in another thread he received the Porsche experience.

I just want that job- ferrying passengers in the company porsche across the tarmac all day.

Notice that it's a 2-seater car so that no one else can say "I'm gong that way-- take me too!"

They do. Not good for strollers. JFK and LAX also use the Cayenne from time to time.

Well that's not nearly as sexy. Now I don't feel as bad that Southwest has never done that for me.

It is still sexy. They have two people meet you as you step off the plane. One is holding an electric sigh with your name, the other takes everything you are carrying. They take you to the car, have water and snacks waiting. I have both been driven to my gate or to the closest Sky Club to my departing gate depending on time. Someone meets me as I get out of the car. They take all of my things. I either board from the tarmac right then or they escort me to the Sky Club. It's a pretty cool experience. One that truly stands out. My wife and kids were blown away when they were flying with me and it happened. I've had it close to a dozen times and every time I pull up to a gate and the Porcshe is there, I get hopeful. Then jealous if it's not me. It's a cool experience every time.

I was in Boise last weekend. Downtown is tiny but they have tried to give it his Urban feel. It's actually a cool city. Just very small.

I went to the Boise Zoo, the greenbelt, and then a park with my kids. We had a lot of time to kill.

Did you stay at Julia Davis Park, or did you venture to any of the other parks that comprise the "Ribbon of Jewels"?

My wife was at this fitness certification at the west Boise YMCA, so we went to a park over there. It was right near the river, has a splash pad, huge playground and it was in a really nice area, very close to Banbury golf course. Is that still Boise or is this considered Eagle?

Anyways it was a nice area. Also the historic district on Warm Springs had some awesome Victorian homes.

Like I said they have improved downtown a lot it has a very urban vibe to it.

The drive from Utah however is worse than I-80 west across Nevada.
