Crazy that more people out there aren't willing to donate money to people waiting to inherit millions of dollars.
GoFundMe update: they are now 1/100th of one percent to their goal. Nice round number. At this rate, they'll hit their goal by the year 2127. (JL, feel free to check my math on that, and then ER please check JL's math. TIA.)

So he's got 3 kids, the oldest of which is on a mission. He's got 2 daughters at home still, which may mean they are in CO. Graham said in an affidavit that his wife and kids have been forced to leave their home due to death threats.

Yes, it sounds like he's expressing remorse and a willingness to face up to it. Doesn't undo what was done, but at least he's not fleeing the country with client money.
            At least, in deed.

Sounds like the fellow years and years ago that was one of the main parnters in the chuches law firm and a Stake President up where a lot of GA's live.

I had a friend that told me his interviews for a TR were really detailed when it came to someone being chaste.

                • $13 million? How does he get away with it for that long to the point it accumulates to $13 million?

Gambling, cocaine, hookers, or all of the above?

I think he was the guy that was advertising free wills to people. Maybe he was a little too truthful in that regard and made up the difference with probate money.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”
