My point of reference is different than yours as I watched a few games every season in Royals Stadium growing up.

No. They had a kid. Big deal. It's a dying antiquated institution. Bunch of inbreeds. They are worse than Utah Mormons in that respect."It's true that everything happens for a reason. Just remember that sometimes that reason is that you did something really, really, stupid."

It's been years since I cared about baseball, but their 80s run was when I was first paying attention, having grown up in Kansas City. I believe it was 1985 when their season marketing slogan was "Go for the Action". My brother and I had this made-up game we played in the backyard that we named Go for the Action. Good times."Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

Anyway, I'm definitely a fan and have loved seeing them do well this year. Though it's been so long it doesn't seem like it is real...Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

I've actually been watching this team with great anticipation the last couple of years. It's been fun to see the improvement this young team has steadily made. They peaked at the right time, which is what made them so dangerous in the playoffs. Win or lose, this will be a fun World Series.
