Actually, I went back and read this thread and I can't find anything here where I was defending LA. In fact, I am proud of these two posts:

But when the rumors first came out, I didn't want to believe it.

Shame? I admit I was wrong. But I don't have the burden of exceeding arrogance and smugness to uphold. I am wrong all the time. It happens. Life goes on. Literally, you know?

    Armstrong loses $10M ruling:

That article doesn't say much. There must have been specific provisions about PEDs in the contract, otherwise I wonder what damages SCA could have been seeking.

Just caught Lance Armstrong: Stop at Nothing on Showtime. What a piece of work this guy is. It's not the cheating (although I do hate that) but what he did to people to cover his tracks that is so incredible. What he did to the Lemonds and the Andreus was particularly disgusting.

Armstrong settled with the U.S. Government for $5 million and Landis for $1.65 million. Looks like all it did was pay lawyer fees.

Sounds like a good deal for all.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.
