Moab eats?

Are there any recommended places to eat in Moab? I've never been there, and I'm not a fan of paying $14 for the sponsored-pasta-meal before a race.

We used to always eat at Eddie McStiff's on our college Moab getaways. I liked it, but I'm not a food snob, so the food could suck.

I'm sure there is some organic Red/Castle/Desert/Arches Rock Cafe that all the former-yuppie, current hippie locals love.
