Actually, now that bill and Hillary have no more use to the Dems, they don’t allow sexual assaulters anymore. Well, until the next time they need to hide their supposed morality to gain or keep power.

I wonder what the Dem's move will be when the FBI comes back with nothing conclusive. I hope they return to examining that yearbook.
      Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I feel like the flatulence issue was not sufficiently explored.

        • If FBI was smart they would just put this in their report and call it a day...

The two also noted that under laws that existed in 1982 — the approximate time of allegations made by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford about Kavanaugh’s alleged actions at a high school party — assault and attempted rape were both misdemeanors subject to a one-year statute of limitations.

What does the FBI have to go on?

          - No exact location or time/date

          - No corroboration. No witnesses including Dr. Fords friend.

          - No evidence. I don’t think getting out the rape kit is going to do any good.

I guess they could talk to Dr Ford about her feelings.

Irrelevant--the FBI isn't looking for anything to charge anyone with. The alleged crime was not even in their jurisdiction, as you've pointed out before. Their job is to do a background check on BK. I don't know if that falls into the realm of Administrative Law, but if not, something very similar. I would characterize their job this week as doing fact-checking after the hearing, to help the Senate and President in their roles of replacing a justice in the SCOTUS.

This ridiculous article is being shared all over my fb, including by a former CSer. There are a lot of reasons it’s a ridiculous article, but the one that made me legit lol is the thought idea—nay assertion—that Hatch and other Mormons in the Senate should be outraged by the HS drinking and should be using their Mormon standards as the compass to direct their Senatorial decisions. That’s pretty rich.

Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

I don't want to brag but my first guess of which former CSer posted it was correct.

Didn't Ford say she was drinking too? Cuts both ways, I'd say, except it doesn't really cut either way at all.

                              • Orrin Hatch is a hypocritical piece of shit. Not because of his patronizing comments about Dr Ford, but his complaints about Democrats. After what he did with Merrick Garland, he has no moral high ground to criticize anyone.
