I-40? You may want to stay in Oklahoma City.

      I-20?

      Southeastern side of Dallas?

If you head north to Mesquite, there are typical 2 and 3-star joints (Holiday Inn Express, etc.). If timing is an issue, I'd stay there.

Sorry, yeah where the 45 and 20 intersect is essentially where my depo is. It's a 9am depo (but that's 7am for me), but timing really isn't a huge issue. Is there an area of Dallas that would be fun to see, walk around in? I'll probably have a couple of hours to kill tonight.

"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

45 and I-20... (Oak Cliff) that is a rough part of town. You can tell by all the bars on the windows.

You may want to slip over to the Bishops Arts District if your are going to be close to that neighborhood. Get some brisket at Lockhart Smoke House and then walk up the street to Emporium Pies for a slice to top it off.

What? You are literally on the side of the road, asking some some poor schmuck questions about what video he was watching on his phone when he ran into/over your client?

No, dummy. It’s in a moving vehicle and the deponent has to answer questions while he drives along the freeway.

I don’t recall Perry Mason or Matlock ever doing this kind of stunt.

They just went straight to court. No depositions necessary.

Now, Alicia Florrick would do this kind of stunt all the time.
