Who is gonna start the thread on if tickets are more expensive closer to the field or higher in the stands?
If ticket prices were based on how much of the field one could actually see what's happening, the more expensive tickets would in the nosebleed seats.

I remember back in the old days as a student, it became a lottery to get your tickets. It was interesting to see the game from different angles throughout the year.

A few years back, my buddy was doing a master's program at BYU and we got tickets with his all sports pass. These seats rotated as well. At the New Mexico game where we booed Hair Thompson, we were sitting in the corner of the endzone two rows up. Great seats when the action was there, not so great when it wasn't. We had a better angle on one of our TD catches than the ref did.

The booing was spontaneous. I remember looking behind me, seeing a female coed with this look of horror on her face. I imagine it would have been more intense if the students were all sitting together. I'm glad they do that now. It would have been fun.
