It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.

Knock it off. This board has enough problems without a dose of middle-age lechery.

Trust me, he didn't get called in by the big shots to discuss his short shorts. They would have surrogots (sp) handle that.
He was called in and warned he better not be making a move to the feminine side of his nature and if he is it should be stopped right now.

Like Babs said, it was an attention grab and nothing more.

Here is the segment:

A couple of thoughts --
The shorts seem like a perfectly appropriate artistic choice that fits well within the traditional standards of dance (especially contemporary dance).
Brother Chase can dance. It was a nice piece.
Maybe BYU had problems with the intro? The edits and music and camera angles made it all way more suggestive than it needed to be, but Brother Chase had nothing to do with that.
The whole cheating GF and married thing seemed like a big non sequitur that was included to get an audience response.
