It was clear she was a paranoid wreck when she assumed her traitor was Jon Snow in the first scene with Thyrion. Someone's got to figure out how to kill her dragon. That's probably the last piece of drama.

Wife overheard couple next to us at son's soccer game talking about GOT. We don't know this couple well, but they seem a little less Mormon, straight-laced than on average. Wife is about to be edgy (since she's classic straight-laced Mormon and even mentioning GOT would be out of her comfort zone) and tell them we're GOT fans and talk to them about it. Then she hears them more closer.
Man: Yeah I can't believe how popular it is. Woman: I hear it's literally porn mixed with story line. Man: Yeah, I read this thing that it's trying to promote incest. Woman: ewwww Man: It shows how Satan has such an influence on the world today.

I wasn't outraged by these episodes - I think they're great and move the plot along well. The problem with the ending is that it's too natural, rather than over the top dramatic.
