The Court took everything into account. I'm only saying that having participated in an armed robbery when you were 17 isn't automatically a bar to an athletic scholarship. It's an easy argument to make. As usual, I believe Whit knows what he's doing.

Why is it that you think your opinion is the only correct opinion?

Why? Would he not be able to get student loans to pay for school?

My Broncos were 4th on the list with 16 kids having police records. This may explain a little why they are doing so well, taking kids nobody else would. On the plus side Peterson does a good job of keeping them out of trouble once they get there.

Do you know what, if the prosecutor and the judge didn't agree with me I'd feel like I'd have to explain it to you.

If it happened when I was a juvenile and, as here, I was not convicted of a felony and I did not commit any further offenses as an adult there is no reason I could not be practicing law right now. You might be shocked if you knew the juvenile records of some of the people you know. *Cough*Surfah*cough*

Who cares if the prosecutor and judge agree with you? Who are they to me? They're nobody.

You do know that opinions are neither correct nor incorrect, yet you seem to think yours is always the correct opinion. Why? This time, answer the question, rather than cowardly point to insignificant people who agree with you.

Speaks volumes to whom? You? That speaks volumes.

Way to avoid answering the question, scardy cat.
