Late to the thread. Best wishes on a full recovery and happy to hear the first surgery was successful.

PAC, good to hear. You're like Superman . . . well, not really, but you're like a super hero, one that can get hurt but is then on the road to a quick recovery.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

We had our Tuesday Night Group ride yesterday and SteelBlue's son, who is attending BYU-I, came along. Strong kid and a good rider, it was good to have him there. I had some tendinitis and a hernia last fall and a chest infection this spring so I'm woefully out of shape but it was fun to ride in a group again ever though I couldn't hang on long.

Seems like a weekend ride is all I'll be able to get in while I'm in Virginia for a couple of months. There's a 50 mile trail from Richmond to Williamsburg. I got in about 55 miles, but I started too late in the day. It's a burner out there! Right now Williamsburg is at 99, real feel 109. I had to stop and buy some Gatorade to replace electrolytes.
